"Soil of the Year" - Request for assistance!

We would welcome your assistance in order to announce activities and projects on the planned Homepage "Soil of the year", to exhibit and award the most interesting projects and to establish a network for the exchange of experiences.

Portrait

The Commission is aimed at making soil, as a central environmental medium, accessible to the general public. At this purpose, the Commission adresses multipliers in schooling as well as in continuing education. Furthermore, the Commission gets involved in developing the general awareness for soil and soil protection.

The Commission regularly offers lectures and continuing education events, which are open to public. In addition, the Commission brings in touch regional consultants for teaching staff.
